Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a teaching assistant. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
