Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
