Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an IT help-desk technician. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
