Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a customer-service rep. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
