Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
