Remote customer-support openings I found (Tampa)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. It has been weighing on me all week. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
