Remote customer-support openings I found (Raleigh)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
