A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 10 weeks. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
