Remote customer-support openings I found (Minneapolis)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
