Remote customer-support openings I found (Madison)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
