Remote customer-support openings I found (Honolulu)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
