Remote customer-support openings I found (Hartford)

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. It has been a long 24 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
