Remote customer-support openings I found (Fresno)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
