Remote customer-support openings I found - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an event coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
