Remote customer-support openings I found - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
