Remote customer-support openings I found - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a welding apprentice. Any experience at all would help. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
