Remote customer-support openings I found - first time posting

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
