Remote customer-support openings I found - first time posting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a logistics coordinator. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
