Remote customer-support openings I found - first time posting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 13 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
