Remote customer-support openings I found

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
