Remote customer-support openings I found (Chicago)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a sales associate. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
