I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a paralegal. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
