Remote customer-support openings I found (Boston)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
