Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
