Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
