Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a software tester. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
