Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
