Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
