Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a warehouse supervisor. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
