Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
