Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an insurance claims processor. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
