Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a medical assistant. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
