Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
