Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a bank teller. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
