Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an electrician's helper. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
