Remote customer-support openings I found - any advice?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. Any experience at all would help. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
