Remote customer-support openings I found after 8 years as a mechanic

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I worked as a mechanic before this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
