Remote customer-support openings I found after 8 years as a graphic designer

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
