Remote customer-support openings I found after 7 years as a procurement assistant

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a procurement assistant. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
