Remote customer-support openings I found after 5 years as an operations analyst

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
