Remote customer-support openings I found after 3 years as a bookkeeper

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a bookkeeper. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
