Remote customer-support openings I found after 18 years as a warehouse supervisor

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a warehouse supervisor. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
