Remote customer-support openings I found after 18 years as a graphic designer

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
