I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an HR coordinator. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
