Remote customer-support openings I found after 16 years as an administrative assistant

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
