Remote customer-support openings I found after 16 years as a web developer

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a web developer. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
