Remote customer-support openings I found after 16 years as a marketing coordinator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a marketing coordinator. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
