Remote customer-support openings I found after 13 years as an office manager

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an office manager. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
