Remote customer-support openings I found after 13 years as an administrative assistant

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
