Remote customer-support openings I found after 12 years as an operations analyst

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
